When downloading file from SFTP, it fails with following error:

(Version 9.1.0)

Exception in Task: Failed to download file: /outbound/GCS/Position_and_PnL_Report.20200701.csv to D:\SFTP\Northlight\SNDATA\Import\JPM\Position_and_PnL_Report.20200701.csv, err: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

How to fix?



Hi,
Usually that means you've set the path incorrectly in the task. What error do you get if you use the Connection explorer (in Tools) and try to download the file from there?

The path is correct. Other files are downloaded correctly some files like this one runs on error.

From Connection Explorer:
Retrieving file list for: /outbound/GCS
Downloading file Position_and_PnL_Report.20200710.csv
Connection lost due to error 0
Download finished


FIle was downloaded but with 0KB. Original File is 144KB

Hi,

Could you try go to Extra settings, and set the "Pipeline length" to 1 and see if that makes a difference? If not - try also setting Upload block size to 32256

After activating "Auto Adjust transfer block", file can be downloaded without problem.
