Does anyone know if there is any logging you can examine to find previous (not necessarily the last one, could be from 5 runs ago, for example) trigger values for a job? I'm sure it must be there but I can't find it!

That would be in the log files, if you right-click on the tray icon -> Server -> Open log folder -> log_server*date*
