Visualcron is connected to secureftpgateway.skat.dk, it's possible to open different folders, but Visualcron doesnt list files in the folders at secureftpgateway.skat.dk.

If I use Core FTP Client it will display the files within folders.

Which settings can be used to show files?

The problem is, when no files are displayed no files can be downloadet.

Visualcron.docx (74kb) downloaded 34 time(s). Dok4.docx (124kb) downloaded 33 time(s).A test account is not an option.
Which information do you need?

two files upladed, one with screendumps of the Visualcron setup and one which compare FTP Core LE and Visualcron.

We use Client 8.5.5 pro.

We are able to list files in the /out folder on the mentioned FTPS with the Connection Explorer in VisualCron.

Can you still view the files in Core FTP and not in VisualCron? Have you refreshed the view in both tools? If the files were deleted (eg. by a download task) they would still be viewable in an unrefreshed window.

I have upgraded til version 9, the latest.

Still same problem, /out is empty in visualcron, but not in Core FTP LE.

Could you re-create the whole connection (not edit it, but make a completely fresh/new connection to the ftp in visualcron) and try connecting again please?

I made a new connection, with same setup, and then it worked.

Now it can list files.
