Hi,

When I choose a connection for downloading email attachments it does not save the chosen connection, the text "Choose connection" just remains in the field. The job is stopped, and there are no obvious problems to find. Does anybody have an idea on how to solve this?

This sounds too strange. Can you please record a video with Jing / Snagit or similar and share it with support@visualcron.com?

Hi, not much

to show really,

I have set up the connection, and it is working fine. When setting up a new job I select the correct connection and save it. But the main window just say "Choose connection"

Please send an email to support@visualcron.com with a short description of your issue and we will take it from there - it does sound very strange and we might need to set up a zoom screen sharing meeting for this.
