Hello.

This problem seems related to the one described in this post: https://www.visualcron.c....aspx?g=posts&t=7115 
However, although it should be fixed in version 8.2.4, we face the same issue in version 8.5.4.

In Windows event viewer, we see theese errors:

Is there any config modifications that we could make to solve this problem?

Do you have any dmp-files in files in the log folder of installation folder?
