I have a lot of mail triggers to replace mail attachements in a specific folder.

It gives me a lot of error pop-ups

Connection Failed
Connection 'mail.impa4-xxxxx' failed when connecting in Trigger 'Mail Trigger***

What is wrong in this trigger and how do i solve this?

If you go to your Connections screen and test your IMAP connection, is it successful? That's the first thing I'd check.

We have that issue as well occasionally with connections that are correctly configured. Most of the time, they were nicely, but occasionally they decide to complain, and a few minutes later they decide to work again. Sometimes, Office365 has connection issues on Microsoft's end which we can't do anything about, so we just have to wait it out.

It's a bit annoying, but we figure that since the connections usually come back within a few minutes anyway, there are other battles that are more worth fighting. I realize this wasn't much help, but hopefully it's a small consolation to know you're not alone in this issue.

Same

The connection is okay and the triggers are functional but i get really nervous of all the pop ups even when i set all client events on inactive in the settings menu messages (taskbar)

Hope VisualCron Support has a solution for this issue.

Can you send screenshot of your trigger settings to support@visualcron.com please,
You can also enable "Extended trigger debugging" on the trigger in question, then check the logfile after those error popups, you can find the logfile by right-clicking the tray icon --> Server --> Open log folder
