i create 2 FTP upload task to same FTP server using this logic:
1. source-folder1 from my pc to FTP folder1
2. source-folder2 from my pc to FTP folder2

if source-folder1 do not have any file to transfer, but source-folder2 have file to transfer, the FTP task will stop once it detected source-folder1 has no file and never execute the upload for source-folder2

the workaround is to create 2 separate upload task. one source-folder1 task and one source-folder2 task

any solution?
thanks

I'm not sure I understand fully. What do you want to achieve and could you send screenshots of your tasks to support@visualcron.com please?
If you want the job to keep running and go to the next task if task 1 has no file, then you can create a "Flow" in the Flow tab, using "On complete" or "On error" --> Run job X

Its hard for me to give advice if i can not see how you have set this up, if it's one job or two jobs, and also let me know as detailed as possible what you want to achieve

Hi Markus,
have you try to deselect the Checkbox "No file(s) uploaded" resp. "No file(s) downloaded" in the "On error" Tab in the first Task?

If the Checkbox is selected the Job ends with an error after the first Task.

Thanks for the input and suggestion Ralf,
However, Ralph sent us a screenshot and he has unchecked those two. I will try to reproduce this myself, and if it looks like I can reproduce it, then we will forward it to our developers.

Hello Michael,

it was a solution for Markus, not a question or a Problem for the Support...
