Hi there,

I'm currently trying to set a program to work in the background but i got an issue.
The problem is that if i run the task as with an admin account on VC , the program start but there is no activity on the processor side or if i run it with no credential, the program successfully launch but cannot do stuff because he need an admin account to connect to.
If i launch the program on the foreground with the same admin account, the program works perfectly.
I already go through the event viewer but i didn't find something usefull.

Can i have some assistance ?

Quick Update :
I found a workaround by changing the account SYSTEM who launch the VC Service and replace it with my admin account and set the parameter on the task "task as" to no credential.

I want to know if there is an official solution for this.

We recommend using the LocalSystem account but;

1. confirm that that user belongs to local administrators group
2. check Server settings in VC and make sure that UAC is off - if not - turn it off in VC and reboot the server
3. when using a Credential you need to check Load profile in the Credential

2. The UAC is disabled
3. The account got local and load profile enabled

Please add screenshots of the current settings. Also, please revert to using LocalSystem.

How long does it run before exiting? Do you get any errors?

I leave the task for 2 hours and no error appear, the task should succeed in 8 minutes. ( I restart it now and not gonna end it manually, if an error appear after x hours, i'm gonna update this post)

I can send you the tested program through email if needed.

What does the executable do? Can we try it from here?
