How to create some jobs or tasks which can check text file with some specific keywords and alert users. For example, a job/task which can check log file with the keywork "Fatal Error" and alert users for that.

The flow Tab can check link items and base execution based on content. There are also Variables for that.

But I think if you want to check multiple content that you could look at the new Task repository. It is possible to create a small code snippet in .NET or Powershell that could check something and return back a result. When it has been created you can call that Task repository Task with a Variable.
