The "Deletes log files older than 1 month" task failed and looked like this:

I did not add this job to VisualCron.

None of my colleagues admitted to adding this job to VisualCron.

Here are my questions:
1. Why is it failing and how do I prevent it from failing in the future?

2. Assuming this was added automatically by VisualCron... What triggered it to be added.

There is a similar Job called "Backup settings".

1. The delete files Task fails by default if there are no files to be found (and deleted). You can ignore this error by unchecking "No files found" in the On error tab of the Task
2. this Job is added automatically and cleans up the log folder as we produce logs files every day. By default this runs once a day at 23:00

Thank you for the answer, but shouldn't there be some log files every day?

I have jobs running every day and this is the first time I am getting this error.

I got the error two days in a row.

Take a look at the log folder and the current Variable being used in the date filter of the Delete files Task. It will probably make sense why then. Probably, someone has deleted files manually.

The situation is explained because of February only hand 28 days. So it cannot delete Feb 30th's files.

I "fixed" the issue by ignoring the no files deleted error.
