HI Team,

We have VisualCron version of 8.4.1 in one of our servers. In this server, we could see that the services are getting stopped very frequently ( like twice or thrice a day ). Can we know the reason behind this ?

Hi Hendrick,

Adding to the above, we are getting the below error from log_trayclient file:

Could not connect to server. Error: There was no endpoint listening at net.pipe://localhost/VisualCron/ that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

Please do respond ASAP.

Do you have any *.dmp files in the log directory?

If yes, please upload to our FTP:

Host: visualcron.com
Port: 97
Encryption: Explicit TLS

Sorry for the delay in replying.
Although we found the dump files on one of our servers the file size being in excess of 700Mb, But we are not able to connect to the FTP host provided by you .

Error snapshot:


Hence we are not able to transfer the *.dmp files through FTP.
Please suggest something .
