Hi
I would like to expose a subset of the jobs defined in VisualCron to my developers without giving them the ability to run / see everything.
A role based model linking different roles to different groups would be perfekt!

You can do this today. Permissions are set on VisualCron group level. You can either Accept or Deny "List" property for Jobs. Then, on Job level you have a "Permissions.." button where you can override this on certain Jobs.
