Initially we were unable to upload Assortment data into a SQL instance due to disk error issue. This impacted the Daily delivery for client . Later it was found that due to a hardware issue on one of the disks, F Drive was inaccessible which caused the data upload issue.

After changing the faulty disk, we faced issue with VisualCron on the same server for few days as below :-

31-Dec-2018 : Drive replaced - fault disk issue
01-Jan-2019 : VisualCron connectivity issue and it was slow, finally VisualCron Service was restarted.
04-Jan-2019 : VisualCron application got closed automatically and we were unable to open Visualcron .

VisualCron application was restarted on 4th Jan also , the application works fine for some time and thereafter we face the same issue repeatedly .
Can you please update your views on why did we face issue with VisualCron and what should be our course of action, for future occurrences...!

Sorry for the convenience...... VisualCron version that we are using is 8.4.0 only. Kindly share your insights here as we were forced to restart the VisualCron service twice for today.
