Dear VisualCron team,
We use VisualCron 8.3.1 and have a task 'Convert to XLS', which is responsible for converting *.xlsx files to flat file (Text).

The parameters are following:


However each time we execute this task, we got the following exception:
'Exception in Task: Font 'Arial' cannot be found.'

The VC server is installed on Windows 2012 Core Server edition.

Can you please help us determining the issue?

Hi Support team,
it doesn't work with any Excel file - as an example I created the file below:
  APTEST2.xlsx (9kb) downloaded 40 time(s).

And got the same error message...
I also tried to change the font from Arial to Calibri, but it ended up with the same issue.

Hi,

we cannot reproduce this on our test server. I suggest adding that font if it does not exist in Server.

Thanks for feedback - the Arial font was really missing on the Core Server. I will try to import the ttf files and see if it resolves the issue.
