We are testing the new version 5.1.6 in one server. We are able to connect from the client installed in the server. But we are unable to connect from the same version of client installed in a client computer.

We get an error as below. Please advise

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a specific period of time or established connection failed because the connected host failed to respond.
Do you want to try reconnecting?

Seems like a firewall is blocking that port.

The firewall port is open in the client.

ok, then if returns blank it is connected. I think you need to attach the startup log file.

We found that the path for the Visual cron executable in the server is now changed. It worked after we set the Firewall exclusion to point to the new location.

Thanks
