I encrypted a file with the key received from the recipient. When they try to decrypt the file, they receive a message "encryption session key is bad."

I encrypted the same file manually through gnupg and they were able to decrypt without issue.

They are using PGP version 6.5, any ideas why they can not decrypt the file when Visual Cron does the encryption?
