Hello. I have prior experience or knowledge of VisualCron or programming for that matter.

I created a Job and added a task "Stop Service" to restart a remote Windows service.
Now I am getting the error "Exception in Task: Cannot open W32Time service on computer '10.67.125.61'. Access is denied" although I selected credentials which have local admin right on the remote server.
Why is that?

Do I have to use a domain name instead of an IP (I don't have a dns record for it)?

Are you trying to stop the W32Time service?

Also, make sure you have checked "Load profile" in the Credential.

Is the Credential you have created the same exact user as you when you manually stop or restart it? I assume you can manually do this?

With what account are you running the VisualCron Server?
