In my project there is a admin team. Every admin has its own user id. Every admin logs in into same server with his own user ID. At a time two users can log in at the max. If anything goes wrong then how to identify which ID is used to update/run/delete etc the job in visual cron?

I am completely new to Visual Cron. So kindly provide the details at granular level.

Thanks,
Abhijeet

To provide support you need VisualCron purchaser to invite your email as a user so we can verify the support level.

Hello Support team,
As discussed over ping please find the point of contact who held the license Axel Fuchs.

You need to search on your behalf. We do not have any Alex Fuchs contact. The owner of the license needs to add you as a user. You need to ask this Alex, or whoever it is, to find the owner of the license. Because it is not Novartis.

We have resolved all details with your account now.

To your question. If you use AD logon method users can login with AD authentication and all actions will be logged. One user can belong to one or more VisualCron permission groups and in the User Permission group you set which permissions the group should have (what it can do or not).
