I am looking for a way to some extract the "schedules" (assigned triggers with details of the triggers) of a group of jobs to something like CSV so they can been reviewed by folks that don't have access to visualcron. This would allow me to periodically export the current triggers or schedule for the jobs to have them confirmed or updated. Any thoughts on how this could be done?

Try Tools->Job report. That is the closest built in functionality we have.
