How can I get precise email notification post Visualcron job run as mentioned below?

The following job (Job Name) has run successfully or failed.
If failed due to ....reason?
Below are the details of the file transfer;
1. Source
2. Destination
3. Uploaded / downloaded files (Name of the file or Zip file etc.)
