We have not had Visual Cron very long and are having issues with a Foreground Task

we get the following error:
PerformDesktopUnlock->Desktop Unlock/Logon failed in task: TASKNAME, reason: Failed to connect to Credential Provider. Pipe result: 0

But only if the user is not already logged into the system.

If the User is logged on Interactively -- No Issues
If the User is Logged in ad the session is locked -- No Issues
If the user is Logged in and the session is disconnected -- No Issues
If the user is logged off the server the error above is shown and nothing happens

We have Configured the server so that Control Alt Delete is not required
