Jobs -
Job1 - cleans up certain things(runs all the time)
Job2 - runs once in a while to do certian updates

Is there a way in visual cron to create the following scenario:

When Job2 starts, it should first stop Job1 run Job2 and when Job2 ends start Job1.

Please let me know. Thanks in advance.

You have the Task type "Job/Task control Task". You can run this from any Job to be able to Start or Stop a Task.
