Installation on XP and 2003 works, but service fails to start and I'm guessing this is the problem:

[FEATURE] Install: Now requiring .NET 4.5.2

I'm all for requiring that as long as the clients can still connect, but I know at some point that that won't work and we still have 2 critical systems that run XP or Server 2003 (and can't upgrade them for various reasons).

Also, if you are going to stick with this requirement, might want to asterisk this:
