One of our Jobs uses the FTP task to send files to a partner... Currently for FTP connections VisualCron just logs the files transferred.

It would help maybe as an additional checkbox option if you had a detailed logging option for troubleshooting purposes if VisualCron logged the totality of the FTP Connection, connection attempt, response, command to send/get files, response, etc... all the way through to termination connection.

In the FTP connection settings, there is a tab called Log.
You can check both boxes to get the information you need.

I have those selected, where would I go to review the information associated with them?

When you use the connection in a task, you can see the FTP output in the ouput result of the task.
