We are receiving signed files from a partner who is using GnuPG v1.4.9 (AIX). When attempting to decrypt VisualCron stderr reports:

PGP File decryption error: Invalid data

This occurs in both VisualCron v4.9.37 and v5.1.0. Could I be overlooking a configuration issue?

Can you please describe all steps - as detailed as possible. From creating keys in VisualCron or GnuPG to Decrypting the file?

Additional information... when signing / encrypting using GnuPG 1.4.9 using compliance option --pgp6 the file can be successfully decrypted. BTW - we also have the exact issue using ArticSoft FileAssurity. And using compliance option --pgp6 resolves that issue as well.

Thanks for the information. Does that solution feel OK for you or do you want us to investigate further?
