I am running version 8.2.4
I have verified that the user has write permissions to the drive that the export is attempting to write to.
I have verified theCrystal versions defined on the Crystal config pages have been loaded on the server along with the .Net Framework version
The error message below shows oin event Viewer on server when trying to run a Crystal report to Export task.

CreateReport->Crystal reports exception: System.MissingMethodException: Method not found: 'CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.DataDefModel.PropertyBag CrystalDecisions.ReportAppServer.ReportDefModel.ISCRExportOptions.get_ExportOptionsEx()'.

This appears to be some sort of bug in the code based on the error message as there is no directory of C:\sourcefiles\code\VisualCronService on the server.

How do we troubleshoot this further.

Thanks Henrik.
I will check this out and let you know if it resolves the issue

I believe this resolved my issue (I am no longer getting the Export error). I am still having connectivity issues with the Crystal report butthat may be something I just need to tweak on the report level.

Thanks
Matt

Sorry for tagging onto an old post, but I recently upgraded from 8.2.1 to 8.3.1, and I am finding that I am having a similar issue. I tried uninstalling/installing the Crystal Report runtime on our server, but I am still getting the same errors. The version of runtime that I must use to compatible with our version of SAP is 13.0.16.1954.

All Crystal Reports are failing and every time they run they are causing the service to crash. I would roll back, but I cannot find an older version to install.

Fix works as advertised. Remember to uninstall completely before installing new version.
