Greetings,

I just went through some challenges processing a credit card payment with VisualCron from the US. After consultation with the bank, it appears that VisualCron's processor (E-PAY) does not pass the Zip Code through to US banks, which can causes declines. I had to contact my bank to allow an override before this would work. Unfortunately the sales staff helping me didn't know this fact. VisualCron is an awesome product; but the payment back end needs work...or maybe just a different payment processor.

We checked this with our payment processor. Indeed they do not send zip code as it is not usual here in Europe. It seems that they will no change that in the near time unfortunately. We suggest the following options;

1. unlock transaction with bank
2. use wire transfer
3. use one of our resellers
