At the moment there is only a description field at job level, nothing at Task (other than the name) or within a task.
I have attached some screenshots of places where we think it would be nice to be able to add a label/comment/description

I would like to agree to this one too. Is this the right way to add my support to a request? I notice I can "thank" the original poster too. I'll do that but am not sure what the preferred method is so my support is properly given to a feature request.
