Time of day is very important for scheduling tasks. At my workplace we refer to all times using the 24 hour clock to ensure no mistakes are made.

In VisualCron the "Next Run" time is displayed without the AM/PM symbol and in the 12-hour clock format. When hovering the mouse over the time, the AM/PM symbol is displayed.

This can cause confusion. A simple solution would be an option to display all times throughout the application as 24h times.
