Why would the HTML be greyed out?

Have you checked the 'send html' box ?

That's the Email Task screen, not the Email Notification screen. Yes, I have that checkbox on the Email Task screen, but my Email Notification is missing that control.

aah. I see now. Seems like a bug.

It is a resize bug. Just increase the size of the window.

I am not consistently getting notifications from the forum (the last 2 posts, I did not receive). Also, strangely enough, after I post something, I get emails for EVERYTHING (all posts) for some period of time, then they stop.

Anyway, mine is now working, I did not have to resize the window, so I can't confirm that was the issue, but I'll take your word for it.
