I have several VisualCron jobs set up with simple text file triggers. We upgraded client software on the server housing VisualCron, but didn't change any system software to my knowledge. Now some of the file triggers don't work. I've tried cloning them and deleting and recreating them. Nothing works.

Are you monitoring a network folder? If yes, please check:

1. you have selected a Credential
2. the local logon property of Credential is unchecked
