we're running VC 5.10 on some Windows 2003 x64 machines and it happens sometimes that after a system reboot VC is no longer executing jobs - in the log I see '5/4/2009 1:30:00 AM Info Job was not run because license has expired!'
When I then restart the VC service, the license is recognized and VC works again.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

It would be interesting to see the log_serverDATE.txt. Please send that one (from the date you got the message) to support@visualcron.com.

I've tried to send the additional log files to your support email address but it seems that it cannot be delivered. Is your mail working? If yes I have to see with our support guys...

Yes, we received the initial email. What kind of error do you receive?

We had a domain problem yesterday which might have caused this. And this problem might still echo on the Internet. Can you try sending to visualcron@gmail.com instead?

Thanks, we got the email. Unfortunately this does not tell us anything why. We have to create a small test application for you to make this more clear. We will get back to you.

Thanks. It could be a permission limitation in the SYSTEM account. I would like you to test with a new exe that you launch from the Execute Task. The copy the information from the Output column (double click).
File Attachment(s):
TestWMICommand.exe (12kb) downloaded 60 time(s).

the strange thing is that when this happens, I 'simply' restart the VC Service and it will show again as licensed.
Do you think if I reactivate the license this will not happen again?

I think the problem might be that we need to reset your license file. That it has failed once before and now it is reloading the failed one. Let me know when you have reactivated again and then please send me your license.xml to support@visualcron.com
