We find that the VC jobs are failing trying to from the client machine instead of the server. We provided the user with a new laptop and installed the VC client. Now the jobs are failing trying to run from the local client machine.

The log says "Job process was aborted by the user"

I found that the user selected the box " is a local server" when making the server connection. We cannot test it immeidately as they as business critical batches. Will update after confirming the results after these changes. b

I am not sure what you mean. Connecting is one thing and failing is another thing. The Client connection to the Server has nothing todo with Jobs failing.

Is the problem that you can't connect or that a specific Job fail?
