Hi, I have recently moved our systems/services to a new cloud infrastructure locally in Australia from the US
We previously brought a licence for the US server back in 2012 and was wondering to transfer the licence over to the new server. Is it possible?
I tried to activate Visual cron on the new server but had not luck.
Is it because the licence is bound to the server with that DNS record?
Could we transfer the licence to the new server (same server name but different DNS record)?
