I'm just guessing here, but based on the DLL file name, 7z64.dll, i would assume it's related to something misbehaving with a compression/extract task, since they are using 7-zip libraries to do it. Have you recently added any file compress/extract tasks for zip, gzip, etc... files ?

Hi,
we have different tasks managing compression/extracts, but nothing that has been added recently. How we could further troubleshoot the issue ?

Thanks

Unfortunately, this seems like a bug that existed in a previous version of 7zip components. I advise upgrading to a newer version of VisualCron.

Hi,
I see you are referring to move to newer version of VisualCron, I just installed on my personal PC the latest version 8.1.1 and I see the 7z64.dll and 7z.dll are binary equal to the ones we currently have on our installation which periodically fails.
With kind regards.

It can also be code related to wrappers we use to call this dll. Please update and test.
