I'm not sure if the size of the files could be the culprit, but we've seen some 32 mb files fail when trying to upload to an amazon S3 bucket with the error below

Exception in Task: Wrong socket state 0 in CanReceive (error code is 96258)

I had no problems uploading a 75 mb file. It is probably something else. Which version of VC are you running and after exactly how long time do you get this?

We are using
Version: 8.0.4
Build: 31973
Build date: 2016-03-21 12:45:51

I temporarily replaces the task with a powershell script which does not have an issue.

After how long time do you get this in the Task? (runtime)
