Hi,

when converting an Excel workbook to a CSV, the task will fail with the error:
Exception in Task: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
This will happen when the Excel sheet contains the value '=-Demo data'.
In Excel this shows as #NAME?
When doing the conversion in Excel, the CSV will aso contain #NAME?

Can this be checked?

Sorry for the late reply. It crashes in a component that we use. The bug is confirmed by the vendor and we are waiting for them to release a fix. It is not clear when the fix will be available but hopefully soon.

we are getting the same issue on VC 7.6.6 and 8.1.1 - In both versions when we want to convert the Excel file to CSV (task 'Excel - Convert'), we get the following error:
