When a New version of the Job is created, another variable within the Job folder is created.
1. How do we stop this happening
2. Can we delete the duplicate entries ?

You mean when you Clone Job A (that has a Job Variable) to Job B that then Job A gets another Variable or that Job B gets two Variables?

When I create a new version of Job A it then get 2 versions within the variable Jobs listing

Is there a way I can delete the dupes ?

When you say create new you mean Clone?
