Version 5's addition of the SQL global Connection makes the SQL task functionality ALMOST usable for us.

We would love to see the password encrypted or masked like other types of connections so it cannot be viewed in clear text.

The password is encrypted at file level. The problem is the guide that does not know which field is the password field. That can vary a lot. An even bigger problem is the connection string (when not using the guide). To find and filter out that particular part. It is not very easy to solve because of the way it is so dynamic.
