I am going crazy, this must be so simple.

I am using FTP/SFTP commany Copy/Move.

I am choosing connection to the ftp folder where I want VC to copy file from.

and in destination I am putting a full ftp address with authentication: ftp://username:pass@xxxxxxxxx/Folder/Buyers/33636363636/Inbound

It is not working!

it is giving me a "Exception in Task: Failed to CommandFTPCopyMoveFiles file(s), err: Unaccepted server reply (error code is 550)"

SO this is not the right way to copy a file directly from ftp to ftp? if not, how?

Copy/Move is for internal copy move. Not from one server to another.

Ok, so how can I transfer a file from ftp server to another directly?

You cannot. We have not implemented FXP and very few FTP servers have done that. Only way is to download first and then upload.
