Office365 supports direct IMAP-SSL connections. Visual Cron supports IMAP but not IMAP-SSL. Currently, in order to connect to an exchange based mailbox from Visual Cron, I use a program called davmail that converts an OWA/EWS based exchange connection to a localhost based IMAP connection that I can target with basic IMAP.

However, in our Cerberus app, we can hit Office365 directly via IMAP-SSL:

IMAP SSL already possible. Select IMAP. Port 993. Encryption SSL.
