I have application developers that have developed jobs within VisualCron in their own environments and then we promote them through test and production. The question came up as to if there is a remote console that we can provide them that allows them read-only access to the production jobs for troubleshooting purposes. Something that can see all the jobs, their definitions and configurations, but does not grant them write access.

Ideally this would be in the form of their own locally install console, or a web console to the prod server. Is this possible?

Yes, in the later versions there is a Web Client you can install. You can also connect remotely with the normal "thick" Windows Client.

Great, thank you. I've installed the web client, but for some reason I cannot enable A/D authentication. It works in the thick client, but when I click the "enable" button it does not turn on.

I've gotten past this, but It seems like the web client is a bit flaky, particularly in IE. I've moved on to using the thick client, but have issues with permissions. I'll post that in a separate topic.

Please try the 8.0.0 beta for AD support. We have done a lot of changes here.
