We use API to call an EMAIL job that runs on Visual Cron server version 7.2.1. It is running the job successfully for certain location, but for a different site users it logs the following error

<- ERROR - Failed Connection (connection_user/Password?) ->

we checked all from the point of network, everything seems to be OK. The users were able to access the server's directory path to copy a file which is called by the visual Cron job to email the file

Any thoughts?

I think you need to debug the code to see what this error really means and what it comes from exactly - this is not an error message from VisualCron.
