Hi,

We have been using VC for over 12 months and have had stable sFTP jobs running in it for the same duration. Since we upgraded from 7.6.4 however we have issues every day or two (sFTP job runs every 10mins). The job appears to hang in VisualCron (typically takes 40sec to run but when it hangs it sits there for hours). Have found the following errors in the log which coincides to the job failures...

Exception in Task: Failed to download file: /Transfer/Report_V01.csv.pgp to D:\Data\_Transfer\Report_V01.csv.pgp, err: SBSocket.EElSocketError: Wrong socket state 0 in Receive (error code is 96258)

What changed in 7.6.5 around sFTP (clsProcessTaskFTP.vb)?

AT this stage it looks like we will have to roll back to that version as we keep hoping the next will resolve the issue but it has not so far.

Can someone take a look.

Thanks

It is some kind of connection setting that affects this. Would it be possible to supply a test account. Then we can probably solve this fast. Please supply any information to support@visualcron.com
