Below is the error I'm receiving, I receive the error even when trying to run the installer as Administrator.

"Fatal Error
Cannot create temporary folder: the program will exit."

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard Service Pack 1
System: 64-bit

I do not see anything in the event logs that corresponds to the installation attempts.

Try installing all Windows updates and reboot the server. Then try again.
