We are not able to connect to our vendor via SFTP using port 122. The connection works when we try with Filezilla or another client.
It does not work however when creating the connection with Visual Cron. The error we are getting is as follows:

ConnectThread (5)
ConnectThread->Setting basic connection settings (5)
ConnectThread->Setting authentication (5)
ConnectThread->Before Open (5)
Server key received, fingerprint is 4a4a16facd53f373247cac09f5343193

Hi,

We have exactly the same error message. I was able to connect to a sFTP server but since two weeks not anymore. However, i can connect to this server without problem using WinSCP.

It could be a number of changes like in supported SFTP version. Try alter these in the Connection settings.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. Actually i have tried several settings but nothing. I just noticed that each new sFTP connection that i try to setup doesn't work. The server has been restarted but i got always the same error.

Best regards,

If you could send us a test account to support@visualcron.com we can probably find out the reason why.
