after virtual disks failed on the virtual server where was locate Visual cron , I 'm not able to connecto to it and the following message appear
Login failed, no such user exit on Server
there's a way to restore the connection or I 've to uninstall an install into other location?

I've tried to uninstall Visual Cron but reinstalling the error occurs again.
