Hi

We have a job where the trigger disconnects now and then. Usually it's quite rare, but today it's all the time. Here is the error from extended debugging:

"ContinueRetryConnect->Error occured: ReceiveMail->Error in Mail Trigger (3), ex: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The token supplied to the function is invalid
at EAGetMail.MailClient.2P(Object @h)
at EAGetMail.MailClient.9;()
at EAGetMail.MailClient.4}(Object @h, Exception @h, Exception @h)
at EAGetMail.MailClient.Connect(MailServer server)
at OBOKIIHBDBPMCFALPGECCIFHCDJPEDKODDGK.KEMLEDMDNELBHFFOFDEDHAAKAHOPFGNIJMEI.MCJFOMFKCEOBMBPKDAOADFMPPKNLHIJFCJDG(Object ) in C:\sourcefiles\code\VisualCronService\Triggers\Events\Mail\clsEventMail.vb:line 557, oClient null = False - retrying to connect (retries left: 1)"

The email server works as normal when I use outlook. Any ideas to what the problem may be?

If it is all the time the problem is probably the encryption settings of the Connection. Try to alter those.

Hi

Thanks. We seem to be getting a TLS type of error on our server:

A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. This may result in termination of the connection. The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 10. The Windows SChannel error state is 10.

I guess the problem is on our side. Thks
