Hi ,

Currently tried to install VC 5.6.9 on windows server 2012 R2 and it didnot work. It errors out on launch. Based on documentation 5.6.9 is not supported on windows 2012. So I believe I must upgrade to new version. currently I have VC 5.6.9 license and when verified I can upgrade till VC 6.0.4 without any cost. However I am unable to find this version installables on the site. How do i get it? Also we would be installing this on Windows Server 2012 R2. Is 6.0.4 supported on windows server 2012 r2?

Thanks Henrik. Does this version work onWindows server 2012 R2. I just downloaded and installed, the visual cron service is running but client doesnot launch at all..on dbl clicking the desktop icon, nothing opens and there are no logs as well. I just verified in the task manager, the process opens and closes immediately.

There might be a problem. Try turnning off UAC and make sure you have installed .NET 3.5 in Program Features in Windows.
