Since version 7.5 of VisualCron we have experienced a large number of issues with email triggers.

The trigger is set to move an email to a sub folder, and this works, however, the job never runs. Its as if the trigger process works, (move the email), but the job is not triggered.

Anyone got a fix for this?

We are now aware of this. But we recommend that you turn on "Extended debugging" in server settings. Then, when you feel it should have been triggered you look in the log_ServerDATE.txt and it will include debug information about this. You will be able to see details and if the Job was run or not.
